The Commonwealth Court this week overturned a Dauphin County judge's decision to strike down three of Harrisburg's five gun ordinances. The Commonwealth Court ruling comes eight months after Judge Andrew K. Dowling issued a preliminary injunction that temporarily prevented Harrisburg from enforcing ordinances against guns possessed by minors, in parks and during declared emergencies.
